This may be one of the instances where both are correct. Finishing of suites and occupancy generally starts from the lowest levels of floors (first to be finished and receive their occupancy permits), and works their way up. So, first occupancy in December, and completion of interior finishing - fifty two floors up - next summer seems quite reasonable.

Developers are insanely anxious to send out optimistic reports on progress and in most cases they get revised, and revised and then revised again. Not to throw cold water on your moving plans, but I would be amazed if they get Units on top floors done by December 2024.
Oh no I would love it for them to delay further. Hopefully to middle next year if possible! Just saying the developers themselves are still optimistic for an end of year occupancy at this point.
 
I think the crane is being taken down. The floor they\'re currently building seems taller than the others and the ceiling slab is thicker, so this might be topping out, too.
