Based on the latest full shots of the tower, I think they're on Level 50/51, so only 1 or 2 floors left, plus mechanical levels of course.

I think the crane is being taken down. The floor they\'re currently building seems taller than the others and the ceiling slab is thicker, so this might be topping out, too.

Yup, looks like it's topped out.
Demolition to 52 stories in less than 2 years. Legendary speed!
Interior finishing isn't scheduled to be until next summer, though.

Hey the longer Pemberton stays below ground the better maybe we'll get lucky and we'll get a redesign or a new company by the time they get to grade

Any reason why Interior finishing isn't scheduled for next summer? I believe tentative occupancy is Dec 2024.

This may be one of the instances where both are correct. Finishing of suites and occupancy generally starts from the lowest levels of floors (first to be finished and receive their occupancy permits), and works their way up. So, first occupancy in December, and completion of interior finishing - fifty two floors up - next summer seems quite reasonable.

I have a unit on 48th floor and I received and email for a Dec 31 tentative occupancy. It could be that they sent that email to everyone?

Developers are insanely anxious to send out optimistic reports on progress and in most cases they get revised, and revised and then revised again. Not to throw cold water on your moving plans, but I would be amazed if they get Units on top floors done by December 2024.
