These prices are nuts. They don't even include parking, which is $120,000 more. Who is paying this in 2025?

With prices like that, the only target market would be money launderers in urgent need of moving their assets. I guess there aren't enough of them ...

The irony in that statement is the best selling units right now [couple dozen per month] are the most expensive.
Agreed, almost nobody wants 750 sqft for $1.2M but they have a small chance of selling 1500sqft for $5M in a better location.

Sheesh. I guess it's close enough to Forest Hill that theyre trying to market this as a central, well connected site, but it's not an area I'd consider super desirable.

Every so often I'll get voicemails or phone calls from agents trying to reel in schmucks like me to attend some sales event seminar for this project. I just play it off and pretend I'll go but I never do.
