East Tower is a separate entity. Given that you are on the 16th floor, occupancy will likely begin in approximately three months.

For context:
  • Block 12 Townhomes are fully occupied;
  • The Generations building is expected to begin occupancy in Q2 2026;
  • Crest has approximately 2–3 floors remaining before reaching full occupancy;
  • Crosstown I is currently occupied up to Floor 24 (excluding podium levels, Floors 1–4);
  • Crosstown II is scheduled to begin occupancy in approximately two weeks;
  • Freehold Townhomes are expected to complete construction within 1 to 1.5 years;
  • Lily Condos sales/construction start has been placed on hold from my understanding;
  • Community Recreation Centre construction is scheduled to start in 2026; and
  • Community Park (located outside the Recreation Centre) construction is scheduled to start in 2027.

I suspect the residential component of this site like many other sites in Toronto will come to a grinding halt for a few years after the townhomes are complete next year.

You should have by law gotten notification from Aspen Ridge fro the builder from my understanding. Check your junk email or reach out to Aspen Ridge as I have friends in Crosstown III (your building) on higher floors that have already gotten it a while ago.
