Yes, I realize the unit is smaller, but $604/mo (which in this case includes electricity, water and heat) really does not seem that high.Pretty high condo fee for that size of unit - priced accordingly based on that I think.

Office-to-residential conversions don't make economic sense here the same way they do in Calgary. Our Downtown core already has high supply and has consistently decreased in per-unit value since 2009.Former ATCO Centre as a possible residential conversion in the future?
