More TOD near McKernan LRT station! Looks like construction might be happening soon.

Site was demolished over 2 years ago and had the demo company fencing ever since. Fencing was re-done a few weeks back and the permit sign is up now.

There was a render floating around for this one too, if someone has it please post it here.

I'd love the fact that there is an influx of buildings for multiple units of residential going up around this LRT station. Actually I'm glad that developers are seeing the benefit of building near stations in general around the city.
