The project has been mostly done waiting on the archeological dig for the better part of a year now. The bridge can't finish until they finish the dig so is sitting in it's current stage.

We need to be watching that archeological hole - when it gets backfilled, the rest of the project should wrap up and fall into place fairly quickly.

I admit I'm getting frustrated at how long it's taking. We are talking about 12+ months at this point - @Tim MacDonald 's photos from last January clearly show the area identified and protected for the dig.. Get on with it!
I think we are at the point where if they couldn't get what they needed after a year, it's time to close the book on it and finish the project. This is beyond ridiculous. Every time I have driven that stretch or photographed it, I've never seen anyone around it.
 
Don't know when you shot the photo, but its the same as mine shot October 4/25 and the same in 2024
