Looks to me like it borrows a lot of the design & cladding choices from the Singhmar Centre across the street. Which, while not a marvel, is a nice building all the same even with a lot of blank faces, they at least get nice textured cladding.

Probably no difference other than it was started when another one wasn't aware that it was already there. So what needs to be done is the two threads just have to be merged
