Heritage-esque name and built-form, with what will no doubt be crappy pre-cast grey and white panels. Also, very strange to see sunken retail, reminiscent of Elgin.

Cool project with a courtyard that's NOT parking. Too bad the architecture is Gatineau Château-esque.

Glad there is less black at the top than in those earlier renders, but the faux look is still tacky to me.

The little fleur de lis on the balcony glass is also a little much lol

I don't hate it, but it is giving "faux European ski resort" energy.

It sure is ugly, but can't complain too much considering this is a proper "main street" building with ground level retail.
