There are 9 stations between Don Valley and Cedarvale.This is the output at Don Valley.
So if these aren't red herrings, then they imply an initial ~20-22minute travel time between Cedarvale and Don Valley.

(There is a similar sign at Kennedy that was operational when I was there ~1.5mos ago. Don't remember the time there, but do I remember it also said Line 5 would operate @ 5-6 minutes)
