Are folks reading comprehension a little off today? I mean, I get this is a snow day, doesn't mean one's noggin gets left in the garage for the duration. >.<
No he didn't. Read it again. You said
even if he was waving his weapon at them, shooting him would of been the last thing they should do
And he said
I'm certainly not defending ICE but but a firearm in hand is a deadly threat in pretty much anybody's book.
You created a theoretical scenario of weapon in hand, and he responded to that. He never said he brandished a weapon

Based on recent alleged reports from Minneapolis, witnesses and local officials have challenged claims by federal officials regarding the fatal shooting of a man by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, with allegations arising that agents may have used the victim's own legally carried firearm to murder the victim.

Ok? Not sure what this has to do with the discussion.

I am pretty sure it has to do with everything at this point.
How so? I don't think anyone here is disputing the fact that he did not draw his weapon, so what was the purpose of bolding that text in the response to me?
Please explain, my reading comprehension isn't great, as you know.

Jon Stewart on the Trump admin blatantly lying about the execution of Pretti.

His closing thoughts are pretty devastating. This is how they lie to us when they know we've seen the truth. Imagine how they lie when there's no evidence to contradict them.

....I guess in the fog of deliberate misinformation while trying to get a sense of what happened, it is very easy to misinterpret and misconstrue what people are posting about it. So it's not the really the case of reading comprehension in any side and by any means here, rather missing the context of what is being said. And if I have done so, my extreme apologies. /bows

Back on topic though, it seems ICE's "The Bloody Dwarf" Gregory Bovino has been let go.

Greg "the Nazi Cosplayer" Bovino, you mean.

I believe the latest claim is that the Alex Pretti's SIG P320 handgun was taken from him by ICE and handled appropriately (fingers below trigger guard), but that it unintentionally discharged. That shot made the other ICE guy think Pretti was still armed, and proceed to shoot him dead. Sig Sauer is going to get sued big time here.

Interestingly, the NRA is not at all pleased with Trump and his Administration blaming Pretti's possession of a gun as a valid justification for his death. Trump can't afford to lose the NRA types.

That is the claim but if that happened did, they recover the bullet? Did they test the ICE officer's clothes for gunshot residue? If the gun discharged in his right hand, there would be evidence of GSR. What about the gun itself? Is there evidence that it had been recently fired? How many bullets were in the clip? Was it a full clip found in the gun?

I have seen the video of the ICE officer walking away with Pritti's gun and if it discharged, I would have expected to see visual indications of this such as a recoil.

I don't buy this theory. I think it is just a desperate attempt to justify a cold-blooded murder.
