Wonder why the bike wash is off the alley while bike storage is off the lobby with the pet wash? Seems to me both bike wash and bike storage would be best off the alley.

Yeah those original two towers would've been amazing for the skyline. I'm hoping that since it's Autograph, it becomes a pretty gorgeous 6 storey block.Glad to have something built. But man, what a downgrade from the original 2 towers… 106 needed some height.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm under the impression that this proposed building has above ground parking instead of surface parking.
