Glad to have something built. But man, what a downgrade from the original 2 towers… 106 needed some height.
Yeah those original two towers would've been amazing for the skyline. I'm hoping that since it's Autograph, it becomes a pretty gorgeous 6 storey block.

CRUs would be great too, especially since it's facing the LRT.

So ground level parking covers about 1/3 of this site? I wasn't expecting that this project was going to feature that many surface parking stalls within it.

I was expecting something more urban feeling along the lines of their recent projects in Wihkwentowin.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm under the impression that this proposed building has above ground parking instead of surface parking.

Yes, I wasn't sure exactly what 'above ground' parking means - at or above ground?
Wonder what views into the interior side of building will be like.

They’ll need a building permit issued before the end of the year so perhaps breaking ground before the snow flies next winter (ideally).

If they 'need' a building permit issued before end of year, this project must be one of the student housing grant recipients.

With an underground parkade plus above ground, any info on how much parking this student housing project will have?

Not enough information here to make any kind of comment as to the quality of this development proposal. They show ramped access to Underground parking and then (I guess) it ramps back up to enclosed surface parking -- seems very odd indeed. More info needed.

From the drawings I still haven't figured out how a vehicle accesses the above ground parking section. Wonder if there will be like some kind of courtyard on top of the above ground parking roof.
