Yeah those original two towers would've been amazing for the skyline. I'm hoping that since it's Autograph, it becomes a pretty gorgeous 6 storey block.Glad to have something built. But man, what a downgrade from the original 2 towers… 106 needed some height.
Would this be in the DP stage already?Going to be called 'The Warehouse Block'
6 storeys, commercial at grade. 226 units. No renderings or elevations yet, just the site plan below.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm under the impression that this proposed building has above ground parking instead of surface parking.

They’ll need a building permit issued before the end of the year so perhaps breaking ground before the snow flies next winter (ideally). How long before it breaks ground? Seems like we are atleast a year away

From the drawings I still haven't figured out how a vehicle accesses the above ground parking section. Wonder if there will be like some kind of courtyard on top of the above ground parking roof. Not enough information here to make any kind of comment as to the quality of this development proposal. They show ramped access to Underground parking and then (I guess) it ramps back up to enclosed surface parking -- seems very odd indeed. More info needed.
