That last picture at the scrapyard appears to show the CCF-Brill trolley coach shells too, making it date from 1972-1975ish. It also looks like the PCC bodies were burned before being processed for scrap metal.
Similar sign at Don Mills and Eglinton (I assume they're at all station stops)
It's unfortunate that the TTC just refers to GO services at Kennedy and Mount Dennis as "GO". The reader can't tell which line serves those stations so its usefulness is limited at best. The new subway announcements are the same - "transfer to GO Transit". Well okay, but what GO transit? Which line? Is it a train station or bus stop? If signs like this show specific subway lines then they should also show specific GO rail lines. Which agency runs it should be irrelevant.Similar sign at Don Mills and Eglinton (I assume they're at all station stops)

I mean, it only took what, nearly 15 years for us to get subway voice announcements of connecting lines at Union and other stations.A truly integrated transit system for the GTA is still a long way off.
*Garbled, sometimes inaudible* voice announcements...I mean, it only took what, nearly 15 years for us to get subway voice announcements of connecting lines at Union and other stations.
