Full transit signal priority won't happen until May, while the initial operations will see reduced hours (until 11 PM) and slightly reduced frequencies.

In any case, it's about time they finally confirmed the February 8 opening!

Regarding tsp, ttc says that it will be used intermittently on opening day but i suspect they are referring to tsp if trams are running behind schedule but no details were really provided here so its hard to say.
It's confusing, because by phased opening I would assume they mean that only certain sections of the line will be open inititally.
Based on out understanding on line 6s phased opening, it just means less frequency, less operating hours, etc.

Finally, this thread can be retired.
No, we gotta make room for the people who are gonna spend the next month demanding that the world give them credit for the brave, bold, genius prediction that a transit line which opened five years behind schedule might have a shaky launch.
