“Although outside the scope of HSEA, the podium redevelopment also includes a Recreation Area with pickleball courts, a basketball court and golf simulators, and a Fitness and Wellness Centre on Level 2.”
I assume that would be for building residents only?

It's long past time! That food court has been dead since COVID.
Hopefully they leave DON'YA alone.
The food area had several long time tenants who left around that time. Interestingly, while the lobby and east side of the building had been renovated, this area looks like it hasn't been in decades.

It probably should have also been renovated when those tenants left, but I suppose now is better than never and was also a bit hidden from the street. Hopefully the planned patio areas will be nice, draw in tenants and people to the food hall.
