I think towers of different shades will help make this a little less terrible.

I was driving past it in the fall the upper leval i think are ok its the podium thats the issue.

The podium also has some of the same dark grey cladding that the tower has so it's either going to be an all dark grey building lol or the podium may have some beige elements to it. I think it all depends on the quality of the balcony glass, if they are of a higher quality than phase 1 then I think it could be a decent project. It's actually a pretty imposing building even though it will "only" be 28 stories, it is quite thicc.
I'll be back in Canada tomorrow, I'll grab some shots asap. I'm a little worried based on what I'm hearing. This could end up being a three tower CharcWhite experiment where each building is a different solid oppressive shade.

I hated this building once I saw the bait and switch a few years ago. Still sucks, but it is a huge injection of units in an area that could benefit a lot from it. I'm glad it's at the very least finishing quickly.

This project is so hideous it’s almost endearing lool. By the time it’s done I wouldn’t be shocked if I end up liking it just because I have to laugh at how bad it is every time i see it.

Seriously, who signed off on this?!? It would have been very pedestrian if all light gray, just housing for the sake of housing. Now it's forming into a blight.
