I like the idea! I just really hope they don't go with that blue... University Heights has it, and it looks awful. I'm really not sure how that is even allowed. I thought we had some winter city guidelines to prevent that

Those properties are zoned for medium density residential with potential for commercial. Blatchford Market is where the mixed use will be mandated, IIRC. I dunno about the properties by Blatchford Gate LRT station.

How far along is this? If they're still figuring out the physical dimensions/space allocation, for example, I could understand why the design isn't really there yet.
