Exterior cladding preparation in progress. Vapour barrier instalation seems to be complete followed by fiberglass insulation. Insulating foam panel decking be hoisted for the roof and various patio terraces.

That's not so bad. Looks clean and tidy at least. Condolences to the fellas removing the plastic. I've done my share. Hopefully this stuff comes off easy.

i feel like this will look pretty meh, but maybe it will all come together. It should be better than nearby 395 Winston another meh project.
Only thing that bothers me (other than the design getting way dumbed down from the first proposal, of course) is the panels between four corners of glass. Maybe it's just a rope making it look rough.

Yeah, that had me going for a minute. As far as aluminum paneling in the this town goes, this is about as clean as you'll see it. Feels like on some other projects you would in fact see it as those ropes/cables make it appear for... reasons.

Final cladding being installed on the East side Street Frontage. West and South sides mostly complete. Did not verify the north side.
