As of this morning, 10th floor behind the climbing form. I think they are getting close to a floor per week now that they've past the more complicated podium.

Love the 2nd floor colonnade and then it shrinks down slightly in scale on the 3rd floor and then keeps the same design language with the white boxes from there going upwards. I like how proportionate everything is at street level.

Compare this to a building like EDC for example.. its very grandiose at the sidewalk. Which is fine for a commercial tower. I'll just say I'm glad they didn't go for something like 20 ft windows and whatnot because of the hotel component. This little chonk of downtown is mostly residential, albeit highrise and it keeps that tone.

I keep forgetting how tall this really is lol. It's still 36 floors at almost 120m. Man, we are really getting blessed with some developments here. With all the other nonsense going on in our city (Sutcliffe, public transpo, etc), at the very least, our proposals and developments are coming in hot!!!

Looks like it at 9 floors

No mayor does everything right.

They don't need to. He still sucks. Not to derail the convo, I was praising the projects we have as something anyone can still look forward to. This one is going to be the clump buster and I'm all for it.
It going to be interesting to see when this one is done the impact it has.

Yeah that's definitely one downside, it's going to look pretty shitty on a wet day. Did you snap a pic?
I didn’t get the chance to. What are your bets on how this will turn out compared to Releve? I am really hoping it can match the quality as it will be so much more visible. It will also look odd having this tower look much different since they were clearly all designed in the same style.

I appreciate the intentionality of the patterned concrete on this one. Once we get above the amenity floor and we start seeing the balconies I think this is really going to shine. While the concrete isn't quite as pleasing in the rain, the curved corners blow the socks off the baby's first blender rendering look that the other two towers have.
