Genuinely wondering if those who proposed this have ever actually kicked the dirt on this site. You couldn’t pay me to live and especially not across from the RAH ER.

I have the same thought re retirement/assisted living. Makes a ton of send to be close to the RAH and the Hys Centre.
As for the Humpty's site, isn't that the same company that has been working on the St. A Square site in St Albert for years?

A concrete highrise! So a few are potentially happening in this market in our city - Falcon, Stationlands, Connect Centre and this one. And a couple are actually eliminating surface parking!
