To be fair, while over budget they have still probably done a better job managing the budget and the architecture through their value engineering process than the city managed with the library and the Lewis Farms Rec Centre noting also that much of Winspear’s delays and scope changes were imposed by the city and the city’s desire for a central heating system downtown. You know, like the one at Blatchford which has been such a financial success for us as well.
