Panels on the west side definitely look nicer than on the east side. Why not just keep the nicer panels on both sides?

wonder if that portion with the cheap panels is written off as hidden by future development to the east. seems its stopped at the 6F.

bad news, just drove by. the se corner has the same black finishing all the way up as the bottom portion.
