Didn’t they just award the project last week? So whoever that is: PCL, Ledcor, Clark et all are all TOO BUSY to now build the new Mini Rogers, FanPark and servicing of @The Village?

I’m only talking about the two towers. Not the fan park.
 
But OEG has committed to building 354 housing units by 2028, so are these 2 X 14’s part and parcel to that commitment or are there other buildings being planned for this 2028 opening date?
 
Well @Markyeg does a lot of work with Eagle and he did say they will be starting their project at Century Park (retirement/care home).

Was looking forward to seeing action happen here but site servicing can take a while so if 2027 is their start date, that kind of makes some sense.
