The semis and finals are certainly most prestigious to have although will mean less games and just guessing but perhaps less tourist traffic as harder to plan as a visitor if you don't know whether your country will be involved. Either way it's cool and Prague will be a great host as well.

OEG leases the building so they would determine what the world cup would pay to rent the space. As for ticket revenue, I'm sure there are different arrangements depending on event but similar to a concert or other event I assume whoever is hosting gets the revenue from ticket sales. I believe the World Cup is put on by the NHL?

Not sure about your first question, but NHL* and NHLPA collect revenue from ticket sales, sponsorships, and media rights, splitting profits 50-50.
