I will say this: I think we'd see a much higher standard of design if northern Windsor Park was vacant and then developed by UAPT. If UCPG were developing something in Dalhousie, that'd be a far more apt comparison to Michener Park considering distance from the Campus.

While I am generally not a fan of reinventing the wheel, I could support this approach if it resulted in something clearly better. Often what we seem to invent is mediocre or inferior.
