Just wanted to mention that today DECL is out of our community space of 12ish years on 103 Street. It was a good run but changes to our grants made it unsustainable to keep any longer.

Twas a good run there; we had a lot of good memories building out that space. Basically defined my 30s.
 
Will will happen to the DECL space on 103 St? I could see a boutique opening in there.
 
The Edmonton specific report hasn't been released yet, but this snippet seems interesting. That's a 2.5% reduction in one quarter for Class A office vacancies in the downtown market.

Report's out from CBRE and uh yeah that's a significant shift towards Class A properties. Class B properties are almost at 60% vacancy rate wise. (Also just took a look and Bredin used to be at the CN Tower, so the fact they're moving means that the CN Tower conversion is probably happening)
