Feel like I've been negative on this front but it's looking like another tough year ahead for passenger numbers at YEG with Jan & Feb already seeing lower numbers. Fuel prices aren't exclusive to YEG but it does tend to get hit harder than others. Things change quickly though so who knows.

With the conflicts happening in the world since then the January numbers are kind of meaningless now. If they continue, I could see international travel being hit harder later this year and domestic travel being more resilient.

So it could actually end up hurting those airports who depend more on international travel much more than ours.

We're actually growing domestically decently, it's transborder flights and FBOs dropping significantly that's hitting our numbers hard.

With Diavik and the LNG sites winding down we have only a slight drop. but I figure there will be a increase in a year or 2 as pipeline and additional LNG get started. We may see a bump as Northern Construction starts to come on line as well.

“……oversee the North Terminal Modernization program…..” Have we EVER heard of this before? Yeah it’s in all of our dreams……lol
