Has anyone figured out how the rail path extension runs through this development?

Is it south of the crash wall fronting the rail tracks? or is it through that narrow claustrophobic tunnel to the north of the crash wall?

I think its north but it's somewhat elevated, there was a rendering posted here a while back

Edit: I meant its fronting the rail tracks but its elevated, not sure if theyre north or south

Yikes, I can't imagine riding or walking through that. It's 100% pure concrete on all sides, no windows, no skylights, nothing for the entire length of the building.
