What does the demolition application mean that has been filed for this?
They just filed a COA application too.
What is the significance of all this? When are we looking at shovels in the ground? With the state of new construction condos how could this possibly go anywhere?

I couldn’t find the application material itself online anywhere. The application seems to have been filed a couple weeks ago.

What do we think is going on here though? This has basically been a dead project and with the market as it is, are they just getting permits and such to make the property more attractive for future sale potential?
What about the demolition permit?
