with its distance from any kind of public transportation, the prices and the lack of retail (even if there is just 1 floor of commercial space), this development is definitely build for a particular clientele.

Not that there's anything wrong with that, necessarily. But it would be nice if they built smarter, instead of just building for the sake of building more residential units and increasing the numbers

Quite nice. I much prefer traditional gable roof lines over flat roofs when it comes to smaller scall developments like this.
