I'm confused by the rendering. I know our weather's been off its rocker lately, but why are there trees blooming in what is seemingly autumn? Also, the couple by the entrance are rather obviously aliens. But aside from that, it's a nice building.

Having seen the actual drawings, this just looks like a very low-res web or print export, not AI.

Pretty much exactly how it will look - the "wood" may be a slightly different shade.

That's encouraging to hear! Because it is a nice design, despite what seems like the classic AI artifacts haha.
