Hey Wigs, I believe this was taken from Platinum Condos :)

    Hamilton Toronto | 1 Jarvis Street | 49.5m | 14s | Emblem Developments | Studio JCI

That parking lot on Jarvis desperately needs to be changed.

I agree, they'll have an entire block. Take advantage and make it something special. Being surrounded by other highrises there's also no excuse not to.

    Hamilton Toronto | 80 John Street North | 100.2m | 30s | Kaneff | McCallum Sather

The intersection at John and Wilson will be unrecognizable when all of these are done. No longer a barren wasteland

Ya, this forum is definitely more user friendly and the community seems to be significantly less toxic (WAY less political discussion). Only feature the other one has in hand is the diagrams which I am admittedly a huge fan of. I kind of prefer their map feature as well.

Shaping out to be quite nice! Infinitely better than the initial rendering we were provided :P

    Hamilton Toronto | Westgate on Main | ?m | 8s | Matrix Development Group | HB Design

Anyone know what the final height is of this one?

What do you mean it's almost half the units? The podium that extends out to give the large floorplate is above ground parking (if I am remembering correctly). All of the units are in the actual tower itself

    Hamilton Toronto | King William Urban Rentals | 97.56m | 30s | LIUNA | Graziani + Corazza

^I think the smaller squares right up against the road are where the trees are. I'm assuming those bigger ones right up against the building will just be shrub/flowers :)

I agree, I really haven't heard many (if any) complaints about it! Also, hello fellow SSPers 🫡
