Considering the square needs work, and the city is broke, this was the perfect opportunity to sale the name rights to a company willing to pay for the Improvements needed and name change, so the city wouldn’t have to spend tax dollars. That’s what TMU is doing for Dundas Subway Station already.

Makes aura look super clean and sharp in comparison. I’m expecting a cladding/spandrel mess here

Will reserve my final judgement for later, but so far compared to the renderings it’s a total disappointment for me. the first floors cladding looks so generic and at that length, it's too much glass, the façade is just a glass fortress. was expecting so much more from this Project

It is just waste to spend so much money building it and have a prime-location park be wasted for 5-6 months of the year. No one is gonna go hangout there in The winter and have nothing to do or see there. having a skating rink would’ve been a much needed winter destination for locals and visitors.

As long as they keep the strips the same colour each time, I think it won’t look tacky or messy. I think it’s when the lights have different colours when it can look messy

Adds a much needed warmth and texture to this area. More buildings like this by the waterfront please

They ruined the design of the podium with the overwhelmingly large and unnecessary amount of signs here. it looks so forced and cluttered
