They mentioned to me at the end of last year it should be around March 2015, but who knows. I was wondering if anyone had any recent news.

Any new on when the building will be registered? I've been asking but so far nothing concrete. Has anyone installed a flat screen TV on the wall? Will it support a 55 inch? Thanks

To the folks who are moved in.....is there still a lot of construction going on inside the building? Is there a lot of folks living in the building or is it still quite vacant?

Just got another Occupancy delay notice, went from Jan 29th 2015 to March 2015.....lol This is probably the +9th time...OMG

I certainly hope it done by then, I am on 55...walked by but wasn't able to see much happening. It raining so i guess that would be a good excuse for the "Extended occupancy delay"....lol!!! Does anyone know how much is the occupancy fee? Has anyone actually gotten a bill yet?

Just received another delay notice....LOL Went from Nov 20 to end of Jan. Was hoping to pass Christmas in there but i guess not. Hopefully by then all the kinks has been worked out...fingers cross

To the folks who's occupancy date got pushed out a few weeks, what was the builders excuse? Did you speak to your lawyer if you are entitled to any delay compensation from them? Any word from the builder on when the building will be registered? I prefer to start paying my mortgage than...
