I always thought this church and the white building beside it at the corner of Spadina and Harbord had lots of potential.

The upper portion really looks like it’s been ignored but I can’t complain the brick at street level looks quite warm.

Looks like something I'd expect to see in the movie Spirited Away. Would be huge for the city!

Canadian Universities don’t care too much about Canadians being able to afford living there. They really care about having housing in place for the rich international students that seem to be coming in ever increasingly.

Retail surrounding the station and towards the intersection would be nice too
