I am very happy with the progress so far design wise.

The new signage flanking St Clair West and Old Weston Rd for this site brings a feeling of freshness and excitement IMO. I mean, with the library getting built a few doors down and Scoop across the street, it feels like things are changing quickly. Scout Condos is there as well.

TAS just purchased the Brick building at 289 Geary. They are really bullish on Dupont it appears.

unfortunately stafford never did pick this site up. that update was false. it is still owned by shoppers. the project is on hold.

This new building at the corner of Westmount and St Clair West (Dubbledam's new office) will also feature a 'Wallace Espresso' location on the ground floor.

Shunoko is excellent and I recently toured Spielhaus and it looks great as well. Spielhaus opens Monday June 25th.
