You can take dogs on the TTC (except at rush hour). FYI, according to the tenant protection act in Ontario it is illegal to prevent someone from having a pet in their apartment. Just sign a lease, don’t mention the animal and move in. If the landlord has a problem he can’t do anything...

Is the white paneling in the pic the final cladding? Or is it just a plastic covering to protect the windows underneath?

There was a proposal for a senior's residence, however the Blue Jays/Rogers Centre fought it and as far as I know the project is in limbo or cancelled.

Clean look and it doesn’t overwhelm the old house. Nice project.

Kind of sad that our affordable housing units look better than most of the condo projects going up in the city. If the rest of the buildings turn out as good, the new Regent Park will be a tremendous success for the city.
