Yeah honestly looking at past threads for Backyard Condos this seems to be their general pace for all projects. It is what it is at this point, I don't think anyone should be stressing about project cancellation but Vandyk just takes their sweet time.

Who do you usually e-mail? I've only ever gotten generic responses from Sheldon/Joanna. Anyone have any luck with another email?
