    what is so special about sugar wharf.....two towers and a courtyard. It is higher but the integration with the city lack. There is nothing there. st lawerence at least has biagio have you seen daniel's lighthouse? i have lots of stuff was poorly made there, even though it is daniels...

    density is lower at Mirvish village. also i think land is less exp there which is why they can have more parks. i think you should compare this to the well. both are downtown downtown locations. or even sugar wharf.

    not much time to finish up the concrete before winter. and get the glazing up while it is still warm.

    i think if they will make july 2023 occupancy. they will have to get the structure and glazing up before winter, so the crews can do the inside work when it is colder.

    i drove by it today, good progress! now that the amenity floor is built they are adding floors to the north tower much faster.

    Thanks, I see the developer could have did the soil stuff but that was too costly. I dont see the point in a pool, with so many residents it is going to be a zoo. 33 sherbourne - 484 units I think time and space - needs some anchor tenants like a Louis Vuitton or Chanel make st lawrence...

    so it is mostly about the size and not fitting in. i agree it is strange with the parking above ground but at least this is nicer than the ugly gas station. I think the design if it was like something like the well which integrates retail space more that would be better but not all buildings...

    Yeah i was referring to 158 Front st. More units = more cafes and restaurants in the area. thread is over 150 pages dont see much except people complaining about the size and the design.
