They still may paint the precast. Why they wouldn’t have coloured it before is beyond me. But still hope.

Right?!! Thank you. stop acting like I want the hieght I just find it odd to not have an even number here when that close. Or go down to 295or 98 even. But being one meter off of a 300it's my opinion that it’s just strange same with building that are 99 floors.... whynot have the 100 at that...

It’s not bad, I mean it sad to see those angles go, but this dose add a fuller taller look and more in context that’s true. Hate to say it. Also, that spire is nice. Tad better in my opinion.

Ah, could you please point out other similar projects that have been approved and built with in or around the heart of the city?

I counted 20 floors before the core sets back then about five above that. Or working on the 25th.

This is, justNo! Looks like a paint ball place or laser tag building. Not what one resides in. While I like this I’d not like loooking at that everyday. Maybe just me. Building design however is nice the set back effect. Bold ness of the structure it’s self. Thank goodness cladding can be changed

Ya this one has style, so based on what has been approved over the years, this...it won’t get approved. It’s not bland it’s not green glass.. it’s not an eye soar. Nor does it scream I match everything else in the city. It’s a stand out render of what could be. But won’t be. We all know this...

Oh stop it please. I’m satified. And didn’t need to even bother to state that. It was an observational comment. And sure , Next time I’ll write something like. “It’s in my opinion that this seems to be going at a very slow pace... in comparison to other projects I mean, however... I DO realize...

Was not by any means to be an attack on the workers. relax! Wow Just observational. Not factual. I have read the pages Thank you.

This time next year will they even be at grade/ ground level? Been a Very slow pace lately.

Wow that base for RCMI or the charchol panels really needing a cleaning. That last pic isn’t very flattering. This area was needing a big change and now it’s all comming. Can’t wait to enjoy the spaces here.

Off topic, Just curious to know what it is they have been do g there in the foreground at union station side entrance there. It’s been like that for years. What an eye soar and head ache that area is and has been for some time.

    Toronto Toronto | Massey Tower Condos | 206.95m | 60s | MOD Developments | Hariri Pontarini

I’m wondering if they did it this way cause they assume another tower will go up beside it.so why make it as nice. I’m hoping that’s the reasoning. And that something covers it. Wile it’s nnice glass. My opinion on the north side is that It’s borring and looks odd.

Didn’t notice the solarium lights out side. 7th or last render. That’s neat.

but seriously, they should build it. It’s great. Don’t poo poo on this project please. You’ll love it when built

    Toronto Toronto | 1075 Bay | 210.25m | 59s | Canderel | Hariri Pontarini

Personally I kinda dig it. Slightly different. Agreed on last comment regarding balconies. Feeling like balconies are over rated and maybe a larger mid section out door space. Like an extreme over sized and beautifully crafted balcony/community space. with high ceiling or set backs and stairs...

See now little projects like this do a lot. And add a lot of interest to any streetscape. More of these I’d personally welcome in any hieght.
