Beautiful shots, this is turning out quite well, that last couple pictures really captures the scale up close. That over hang / podium part really looks sharp!

I know it’s kinda irrelevant now but to bad they didn’t use a balcony glass that was cloudy or fogged. Or with a white tint. Just my thoughts on it I’m sure. But still not to bad overall. Not many buildings look great with clear glass especially when spandral is behind them on the walls

Do these developers not know how to make a slant? Every roof with these 5 degree slants are kinda sad hints at angles mid as well make it a flat roof really. Need a list of example?

Always wondered about that. How do these guys or girls go to the washroom ? Climbing up and down to do this seems a tad dumb. They must have a bucket up there...lol hehe jk

Almost makes me want to stop watching anything on urban Toronto pages if these are what the end results end up being. Ya they are nice but that’s all. They are just... ok. Agreed completely with the older designs rounded corners and crown details were much better. And added something g...

it's An apartment building, what would make one think it’s anything else. Look at the picture. It’s a modern take on 60s 70s style. It’s a compfortable fit in Toronto area a safe design. Base is great though.

This is much better ( in my opinion alone I’m sure )

    60 Bloor West Re-cladding (Morguard, 14s, B+H)

Do we know what the end resolution will look like? Is this gong to be just like the towers on adilaide? All blue glass? I don’t mind that but it is a bit boring. Nice but blah

Ya they should have been holes not dots for one. And they were depicted in white. Not any color tones. The old switcheroo.

Thanks raptor and michael62 for the photos great shots of everything going on. Looking very complicated now. And yet they keep it all well organized and tidy.

Is that the start of a diamond shape I see ?

The design does not fit in here. It goes with the rest of the squares and rectangles in that area but that’s it. The design is very boring for this spot if something has to be built here it really should be a or close to being a stunner as you would see it from many angles west of it. Do we want...

I like this one it’s a little different ...the aqua balconies are a nice color choice. The off set pattern is uniform at least to.

It’s better then the last render of this project by far. Looks more lToronto” anyways. Just “ok”.

By the time these get built we'll have all lost interest by then.. or have died of old age. I don't expect these to happen anytime soon. But be sure they will post updates here if anything does happen anything at all. But don’t hold your breath. Not sure how many years it’s been since I first...

Wow very interesting and very complicated. This is going to be a great area. Should have gotten my self into construction. It seems there’s gong to be a need for construction workers in the future for the growth around this area in the years to follow. Once this has all be completed then it’s...

Great project over all to me. I’d change nothing.

I’d say so.. as the design is well... another box. Not a very interesting box and those Mitch match lines are distracting near the top. Looks sloppy. Enough with the off set non patterned looks. I’d rather the lines just be straight up the entire way. It would appear tidier and a little classier.
