    Collingwood Toronto | Harbour House | 26m | 6s | Streetcar | CEBRA architecture

Forgot to take pictures but when I was by today I totally noticed they have almost all the boarding done on the roof and looks like they have scaffolding getting ready to set up for brick work project is about 7 months behind at this time

    Toronto Toronto | 50 Scollard | 147.62m | 41s | Lanterra | Foster + Partners

Looks like we are getting close to the final setback loving this building as the cladding is getting more finished

    Toronto Toronto | Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 2) | 299m | 90s | Menkes | a—A

That moment when I'm like do I want to do the two and a half hour drive and get stuck on the gardener to see what's going on I live too far away for this s*** we really need to get better projects going in my area

No if you look that is a heavy lift crane first truck is the jib extension and second truck is the heavy lift boom I would love to see shoring equipment start showing up though having one of those extremely large crains on site will still look cool I guess we have to wait for more pictures 😂😂

    Toronto Toronto | 11 YV | 213m | 62s | Metropia | Sweeny &Co

Do we know how much further we have left till this building tops out it's got to be close

    Toronto Toronto | Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Now that the transfer slab is cladded this building looks absolutely imposing as hell hard to believe we're only a of third the way there It is already starting to make prestige look short 😂

    Vaughan Toronto | Promenade Mall Revitalization | ?m | 35s | Liberty Development | WZMH

So I've never quite understood the plan with this project I know that there are more towers planned and a recladding of the mall but don't know any timelines

With the curvature of the Earth and everything the one is going to look like it is only slightly shorter than the CN Tower from this viewpoint kind of cool and 11YV is just a beautiful building coming from somebody who hated it before the setbacks started showing

    Collingwood Toronto | Harbour House | 26m | 6s | Streetcar | CEBRA architecture

They have made some very good progress on the roof system in the last few weeks though there is still no sign of ground floor building envelope beginning so we are still quite a ways off till we start seeing brick go up All in all this is one of my favorite projects in Collingwood looking...

    Collingwood Toronto | Residences at Silvercreek | 13.35m | 4s | SkyDev | srm Architects

This site is a bit of a pain to get pictures of as most of the work is going on the back side away from the road looks like they have started to get footings in for the first condo building kind of disappointing that there is no underground parking in any of these buildings Collingwood has an...

    Toronto Toronto | Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

The most insane part about this is as you look at this building it's not even a third of the way complete has picked up pace massively and is definitely showing why it is the biggest construction project in Toronto and also how inefficient the ones construction method is

    Toronto Toronto | The Pemberton | 215.79m | 68s | Pemberton | a—A

    Mississauga Toronto | Exchange District Condos | 232m | 72s | Camrost-Felcorp | Arcadis

I think it would be funny if all the work went into this sky Tower just for them to build a taller building in Mississauga
  17. C

    Mississauga Toronto | Exchange District Condos | 232m | 72s | Camrost-Felcorp | Arcadis

Yeah would be crazy to see a 300 plus go up in Mississauga would be even funnier because as you said there would be no height limits to protect aesthetics so technically could go taller

    Toronto Toronto | Concord Sky | 299m | 85s | Concord Adex | Kohn Pedersen Fox

Yeah something like this just screams millennium Tower it's unfortunate I would love to see this building get 10 stories in the air and be ordered to be restarted from the basement up 😂 may finally get rid of Concord
  19. C

    Toronto Toronto | Concord Sky | 299m | 85s | Concord Adex | Kohn Pedersen Fox

Is this a Concord thing or have other companies done this like how do you get away with doing this I built a small conference center at Blue mountain and we had to have every single piece of rebar inspected concrete pour days sucked because half the time the inspectors would be late and we would...

    Toronto Toronto | Concord Sky | 299m | 85s | Concord Adex | Kohn Pedersen Fox

So wait because I haven't been on this right in a while they still don't have permits and they're on like the 3rd level aren't they
