Finally! Now question to people who knows construction timings : when the condo will be ready? 1.5 years for construction is reasonable?

Guys just one stupid question : does this parking lot looks big enough to house St. Lawrence condo? To me it's hard to imagine how the pedestal and two towers will fit in this pretty small parking lot. Any professional opinion?

Does that means they will start to fence the area before excavation?

I called the office. They said the actual construction will start sometime in Fall. Anybody knows more detailed info?

Whoever criticizing the Lighthouse project let me guess : you couldn't afford the unit or didn't got it due to overwhelming demand. The project looks fantastic and the location is good as it is. But imagine in 2 years where whole East Bayfront will be developed completely and all existing condos...
