    Need input on what an appropriate offer would be for this home

    Very strange that the agent ask you to put an offer before seeing the home. Maybe this is the seller's request, but nothing like this for regular homes in GTA. My suggestion is to ask the agent if you can see the home without this crap, and find another agent that can help you bypass this step.

    Yup. I am an owner of a smaller place. The smaller place should be ok, as I think I can sell it at slight higher price than when I bought it. If I were lucky, I might be able to recover the property tax cost from it.
