Seriously what is wrong with the elevators in M2! One finally gets fixed and then the other one goes again - we never have all three working for more than a week!

Yes you are allowed to change the locks. I changed mine as soon a I moved in, however you must use citywide as they are under contract to our building. They give a key to management once they have been changed you don't need to, but you do have to pay for the service. I think it was about $60.

The number to citywide is 905-464-4401. I called that number when I had my locks changed, they came the same day.

It definitely has to do with the cold! I heard it so much last night at all hours! Totally worrisome as I hope it has nothing to do with plumbing and the pipes.

I have been hearing these bangs as well in the night. I am on the 3rd floor in M2. It sounds like it is coming from pipes in the wall. Two nights ago it was so loud I jumped up from my bed in my sleep I thought my ceiling was going to cave in.

Where was your friend parked? I noticed that we're no loger allowed to park at anytime on Debores Drive. I saw a car parked there about a week ago 2 nights in a row...both nights got a ticket.

Hey, I was there lastnight. I think it makes pretty logical sense and in the long run it is beneficial to us if this were to pass. Should something happen to someone now and the building paid the deductible it would just end up reflecting on all unit owners in the long run on our maintenance...
