Is there any more detailed plans out for Riverside-Leslieville station? I have seen the TOD and city applications for almost all the other stations but this one for some reason seems to be behind the rest of them.

It will not be like any other place that exist in the city today. They aren't building High Park or Brickworks, but this is a massive amount of space that will have many activities. It will not be City Place or Liberty Village because there is design review oversight for the whole area.

I think the walkway provides extra capacity but duplicates the function of the tunnel. The bigger question is does the tunnel fail with the outage of a single elevator or were they smart enough to put in two elevators.
