i certainly hope this isnt the case because we've already handed in our forms to vacate our current rental by the end of March. Our realtor reached out to the developer about 2 weeks ago they said everything is still on for us. But if there is an issue with the water supply it should affect...

Havent heard anything on our end. It seems we're still on for March 13th (top floor of phase 1). Expecting a call for PDI very soon.

another update. Realtor says PDI's for lower floors have already begun. Hopefully pictures will start showing up soon

Anyone getting PDIs for phase 1? our realtor reached out and said we should be getting PDI notices a couple weeks before our final move in date which is in March. We’re on top of Phase 1 so I’m assuming lower floors are doing their inspections soon?

Same here.. Original occupancy was October 2019, then got moved to December 2019, got "final" notice of March 2020. Top floor of Garrison Point as well. Howdy neighbour :)

it'll be on the west facing side of the building. If you walk along strachan you'll see the door.

As some one moving in to Garrison Point at some point next year, id rather all the construction be close to completion so it's less disruptive..

The City of Toronto has a site for developments http://app.toronto.ca/DevelopmentApplications/mapSearchSetup.do?action=init I'm on mobile so it's difficult to search but if you search for 30 Ordnance st you'll see all the documents for garrison point, playground condos, Novus and 45 Strachan.

Got an occupancy date change notice today. Originally, we were supposed to move in Oct 2019, it then got pushed to Dec 2019... Now it has been changed to March 2020. For what its worth, we're on the 29th floor of the first building.
