I will say im a little concerned at how well all these white panels are going to age. With all the construction happening around plus exposure to the elements I dont see them staying white very long..

Didnt get it directly from the builder, but my realtor sent over some documents that said Oct 2019 is our estimated occupancy date.

Nope.. South tower topped off in November I believe. Playground (north tower) is still going up

we got a 29th floor unit in the south tower (not the Playground building) and the date they're throwing around is Oct 2019... Im guessing the lower floors would be earlier?

Not to contribute to the "it doesnt look like the renderz!!1!!" conversation as clearly there is a pretty substantial difference.. But is there somewhere I can go to find an updated rendering/plans?

hello soon to be neighbour. Im moving into the building (same exposure as you) on Dec 1st. Have you had any concerns with this project happening across the street? Dust, noise, etc?
