Bought a condo last week that won't be built until Feb 2014. Before that I was pre-approved by my bank and I know all about the 120 day rule. I was wondering if there are any financial institutions out there that would promise me anything relating to today's rates. I know I'm 3 years away...

There are 18 suites on floors 2-18. I have the brochure with suite specifics. There are two studios, (both 425 sq/ft), 2 suites that are 1B+D, (670, 649 sq/ft) 8 suites that are 1B, (487, 487, 568, 568, 590, 590, 608, 613 sq/ft) and 6 suites as 2B. (859, 859, 881, 881, 907, 907 sq/ft)

Visited the sales office two months ago. Seem to really be going for the "hipster" crowd. The area really does nothing for me at all though not to mention the noise from Allen Rd that grates on you.
